📍 Nationwide Delivery in Pakistan

We proudly deliver to all cities, towns, and villages across Pakistan using trusted courier services including TCS, Leopards, and Call Courier.

⏱️ Estimated Delivery Time

  • Major Cities: 1–3 working days

  • Remote Areas / Villages: 3–5 working days

  • Orders placed before 4 PM are usually processed the same day.

🛡️ Discreet Packaging

All orders are packed in plain, unbranded, and sealed packaging to ensure 100% privacy. No product name or personal item detail is visible on the outer box.

💵 Shipping Charges

  • Flat shipping rate: PKR 200 nationwide

  • Free shipping on orders above PKR 3000

  • Shipping charges are confirmed at checkout and via WhatsApp.

📦 Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once you place an order, our team will confirm it via WhatsApp or call.

🔁 Returns & Exchange Policy

Due to the sensitive and intimate nature of our products, we maintain a strict hygiene policy. However, we’re here to help if there’s a genuine issue.

✅ Return Eligibility

We only accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product

  • The item was damaged, expired, or defective on delivery

In such cases:

  • Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery

  • Product must be unused, unopened, and in original sealed packaging

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used items

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Items returned without prior approval

We do not accept returns for reasons like change of mind, taste preferences, or personal discomfort unless the product is faulty.

🔄 Return Process

  3. Our team will verify and guide you through the return/exchange process

  4. If approved, you may be asked to return the item to our provided address

  5. A replacement or refund will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned item

💰 Refunds

  • Refunds (if applicable) are processed via bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash

  • Refunds are initiated within 5–7 working days after approval

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless return is due to seller’s error
